If there is one thing I could tell every couple getting married, it’s that the biggest risk to your engagement journey, from wedding planning to the big day to the newlywed year- is expectations. Expectations are those notions that live inside our heads that we are mostly unaware of. We kinda think it’s just normal, or we mistakenly think that everyone shares the same expectations. We tend to live inside our own expectations.
