from Thinking Like a Bank · host Sarry Ibrahim

Paul also co-hosted a wealth-building podcast called How to Lose Money and he’s been a featured guest on 200+ podcasts. Paul entered the management development track at Ford Motor Company in Detroit. After five years, he started a staffing company with a partner. They scaled and sold the company to a publicly-traded firm five years later. After a brief “retirement” in his early 30s, Paul began investing in real estate in 2000 to protect and grow his own wealth. He has been in real estate for over 21 years, completed over 85 real estate investments and exits, appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, rehabbed and managed dozens of rental properties, and developed a subdivision. After completing three successful real estate developments, including assisting with the development of a Hyatt hotel and a very successful multifamily project, Paul narrowed his focus on commercial real estate in 2011. Despite his busy schedule, one of his goals is to fight against human trafficking. This episode talks about: The benefits of investing in self-storage and mobile home parks What is multifamily real estate investing? Find out the “intrinsic value" of real estate. What is an example of intrinsic value? Importance of finding, working and investing with the right operating partner in real estate and or any other types of business. How using infinite Banking as a financing tool could be readily available for passive investing. What are the tax advantages of a limited partnership? The 5-part free e-course on investing in commercial real estate.
