In today's Episode I'm joined with Sarina Functional Nutritionist and certified wellness coach. Sarina shares her story and experience with Ulcerative Colitis which she has had for 7 years. She speaks about healing and different diets and explains how good it is to try out different foods. Sarina also tells speaks about raising awareness and how important it is too educate people about IBD. We both talk about How our Crohn's and Colitis how affected us and Sarina also speaks about  how she felt when getting diagnosed with Colitis.
