She speaks about healing and different diets and explains how good it is to try out different foods. Sarina also tells speaks about raising awareness and how important it is too educate people about IBD. We both talk about How our Crohn's and Colitis how affected us and Sarina also speaks about  how she felt when getting diagnosed with Colitis. Sarina also offers awesome advise saying everyone has their own battle and you are not alone we are all fighters. This episode is a great listen.
