Reordan De Jesus serves as a section chief of the neuroradiology department at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. For this, after graduating as a diagnostic radiologist, he did one fellowship sub-specializing in general Neuroradiology and a second sub-specialization in Head and Neck radiology. As such he interprets imaging related to the head, neck, and spine regions as well as performs procedures guided by imaging in those locations such as lymph node or mass biopsies of the head and neck as well as sampling of spinal pathologies such as tumors or infections. He also leads the imaging component of many multidisciplinary conferences, especially those related to head and neck as well as brain cancers as well as stroke and neonatal/pediatric neuroradiology conferences. He is very passionate about all aspects of learning how to live fully in the present moment which transfers to the care of his patients, especially the ones that require a short physical presence such as when performing image guided procedures. He firmly believes that cultivating the deeper aspects of his life that would lead him to a life out of the ordinary with greater presence during any brief interaction, especially the ones he has with his patients.
