Kids don’t need to be convinced that energy is real. They feel it, name it in their own words, and often surprise us with how quickly they can use simple tools to calm down, refocus, and care for each other. I’m joined by Doreen Foxwell founder of the Children’s School of Yoga, to talk about what Kid Reiki looks like when it’s taught with play, structure, and real-world experience in schools, camps, and childcare centers.We trace Doreen’s path from a late-night “you have to do this” moment that launched a kids yoga business, through franchising, and then the sharp pivot that came when COVID shut down school-based programs. That disruption opened the door to deeper study, including astrology, angel work, crystal healing, and Reiki training.
