Episode #225, Interviews with Grant Lawrence and Kenny Lush

Hello Hello Hello! Wow! What a show! Two interviews with members of legendary Vancouver bands which are both playing reunion shows this weekend. Great success! First part of this episode is focused on Daggermouth reunion shows, they are doing two of those: Friday at the Cobalt and Saturday an all-ages show at 333. In order to get all the details of this reunion I talked to Kenny Lush of Daggermouth and asked him about rockstar lifestyle, Stuart McKillop’s laziness, fighting a UFC fighter and being the first person to play and wrestle at The Fest in Gainesville, FL at the same time. The second part of the episode surrounded upcoming The Smugglers reunion show. Grant Lawrence of The Smugglers called in and told me everything about his new book “Dirty Windshields: The Best and the Worst of the Smugglers Tour Diaries”, Chixdiggit approach to listening to The Beatles, Brady Brady Hockey Books and Vancouver Backyard Rink Project, s'mores and in the end of the interview Grant announced appearance of Larry Livermore at the Welcome Party.
