Episode 225: Wisdom Is Thinking Right

(Psalms 107:43) Wisdom is thinking right. Psalms 107:43 says “Wise people should think about these things. They should understand the Lord's special love for his people.” ‭‭ What are “these things” in the context of this psalms chapter of praise? What should wise people think about? Psalms 107:1-7 talked about God’s works of deliverance of the redeemed from want. 8-14 because God delivered prisoners from chains and darkness. 15-20 God’s work of deliverance of fools from sickness 21-30- God’s works of deliverance of sailors from storm 31-42 God’s works of providence to rich and poor And finally, the last verse- verse 43 says “Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the Lord.” ‭‭ Remember, wisdom is thinking right.
