Pat Pascarella is a chef, an entrepreneur, and a committed family man. Pat grew up in an Italian immigrant family in Connecticut and learned to cook as a young boy. Today, he’s the founder of The Porchetta Group and the owner of four restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia. Pat’s values are rooted in family, community, and culture, and he has recently started to prioritize his health by incorporating a disciplined diet and exercise regime into his daily life.
