Ken and Lisa talk about his journey into OCR, how weight gain and Pokemon lead to an accident that changed his life starting him on the Spartan courses. He started out with an SGX coach and then joined Mud Sweat Tears gym that also joins him on the course. For 2020 Ken and his roommate had planned 9 Trifectas, bought all the flights, booked the hotels/AirBnB, and then, Covid shut down the world.
