Episode 23: Alexa Curtis, Founder of The Be Fearless Summit

Meet Alexa Curtis, a young founder who has been working to empower women through mentorship and advocacy since she was only twelve years old. In 2011, Alexa launched a blog called “A Life in the Fashion Lane,” which later catapulted into a successful podcast “This is Life Unfiltered” and “Fearless Everyday” on Radio Disney — a partnership she pitched and secured on her own. Not only did Curtis turn her blog into a full-time lifestyle platform for teens (through cold pitching nonetheless), she managed to garner sponsorships with huge brands like British Airways and T-Mobile. But she didn’t stop there.
