Who is behind the internet's most elaborate and mysterious puzzle? What is it being used for? CIA recruitment? Is it a strange cult? Are aliens involved? They're usually involved! This week we investigate the internet phenomenon known as Cicada 3301. Between 2012 and 2014, a set of three puzzles were posted online to recruit "intelligent individuals". Shrouded in secrecy, no one has ever figured out who was behind the puzzles or what they were recruiting for.
