Episode 23 “The Fam” feat Big Liv, Pops, Ferv, AV, and FUZZ September is National Suicide Prevention month. With the suicide rate growing, we dedicate part of this episode to tackle issues evolving around suicide, like mental health, depression, and ways to seek help. We just experienced the lost of our matriarch(mom)a few months back so we all found ourselves in a heavy state of depression and we still deal with those issues today. One of those ways to help cope, is surround yourself with family and we did in this episode. We talk ,laugh, hang out and I think it cleansed our soul a little. I think it made everyone feel better... SIDENOTE...
