It really is a time when Epcot puts it's best foot forward! The topiaries, the food...it might be my favorite festival. Though frankly I think I say that about every festival as soon as I return. But I do believe that this festival and the Holidays really dress the park up in the best way possible...although, Festival of the Arts. Nevermind.
