This week, Patrick talks with Fatima Ghzala, a certified John Maxwell Coach and Trainer who specializes in corporate training, and teams and individual assessments. Her business is Full Potential Development Coaching, whose clients include companies like Blue Cross Blue Shield and Michelin, as well as many small businesses. Before launching Full Potential Development, Fatima worked for several years as the scientific and regulatory affairs director of two global Fortune 500 companies. If she is not training or serving a client, you’ll find her spending time with her family or volunteering at the Rotary Club of Greenville, SC.
