Episode #23 Madelaine Allen; Head of Axiom Europe

This week on the podcast I was joined by Madelaine Allen or "Maddy" as most people know her. She heads up the European team for Axiom who are a US based agency who are part of the Creative Engagement Group. For me, interviewing Maddy was like a breath of fresh air, she's super passionate and very smart; but also has a swagger that almost feels untouchable but in a non-hierarchical or "big ego" way; she is leaving a legacy without even knowing it... WHICH IS THE BEST TYPE. She is very down to earth, humble and easy going, and I can see why Axiom are going from strength to strength with her being an amazing leader.
