Mary Miller, President of Jancoa Janitorial Services inspires me on so many levels. She talks about focusing on what you are grateful for and how you can attract more of it. We need to treat ourselves as our most important customer. Therefore, give yourself the time and attention you need. Additionally, prioritize the aspects of your life that are important and create a habit around it. Put it on paper - write it down and then schedule time for it.
