Inspired by a mentor, he shifted to systems analysis and has been helping organizations thrive ever since, including over 4 years at JMT.In this episode, Andy also shares insights from his work on a major technical writing project for the Ohio Department of Transportation, where he and Maria Martin, Business Development Manager for our Technology Group, created a comprehensive 600-page roadway information manual.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Andy is passionate about lifelong learning and giving back as an educator.
