Episode #23 — New Year… Same Human

New year. New job. Same human. In this episode, I’m reintroducing myself and sharing a career shift that’s been quietly unfolding. I’ve stepped out of recruiting and into a new role as a beauty sales lead — and no, this isn’t a goodbye to The Balanced Recruiter. It’s an expansion. We’re talking about identity shifts, burnout that follows us across industries, and what happens when your job title changes but your nervous system doesn’t magically reset. I share what I’ve learned through this transition, why this podcast still matters exactly as it is, and what you can expect from this next season. Because burnout isn’t about where you work — it’s about how much of yourself you’re carrying. ✨ Same conversations. ✨ Wider lens. ✨ Still figuring it out.
