The Doctor Dads talk with the brilliant Dr. Paul Anderson about the foundations of where cancer stems from and the pillars on which you can stand on to prevent and fight this epidemic. From genomics, stem cells, and metabolism there are different factors that contribute to cancer. The empowering part for patients is that a large part of the tools to prevent and fight cancer are in our control. Dr. Anderson discusses with his extensive experience in this field who he sees has the best outcomes from cancer and why. He also dives into the effective therapies he uses in the states and some that are available outside the U.S.. Dr. Anderson is medical director of Advanced Medical Therapies in Seattle, Washington, a clinic focusing on the care of patients with cancer and chronic diseases.  Former positions include professor of Pharmacology and Clinical Medicine at Bastyr University and Chief of IV Services for Bastyr Oncology Research Center.  He is a graduate of NUNM and began instructing classes at naturopathic medical schools in the early 1990’s.
