When Bethany first came to ROCS for an interview, she really didn't have any office experience, but she had so much potential. I knew I had to place her somewhere! Her story goes to show that you never know where a conversation can lead you to. One interview with ROCS can open up a lot of doors. The best part of my job is to see where our "ROCStars" go after we place them in their entry-level positions.
