Presence An episode for the whole family In this special episode, Sophie, my nine-year-old daughter, joins the podcast and plays a new instrument called an ocean drum, which she’ll also be sharing at our upcoming workshops. She also shares a sleep story — actually two little mini stories — with her character Funny Bunny Buns. The idea is simply to help people relax, settle, and come back into the present moment.
