In this episode I share a well-loved principle that has been spoken of by MANY people - the 1% mindset. I share how that has helped me to focus on the details of my progression, while at the same time trusting the process (wink wink) of my overall growth. The greatest benefit to this mindset is that when we apply it, we can live in peace knowing that we are putting in the work, while not feeling we have to burn the candle at both ends, or completely throw the candle in the fire (aka burnout) in order to succeed at our dreams.
