Today I am joined with Justan who has had Crohn's Disease since he was 2 years. He is from Australia, and experienced his first flare up and Crohn's had a major impact on him when he was 8. Justan talks about his journey so far, he has been in remission for about 8 years now. We had a great chat. Justan also talks about his Conference project where people in the IBD Community have a chance to talk to have a voice a to help other people.
