Stoned On Happiness, LLC is where Don Matis has been Decades Living Clean & Sober since 5/17/1986. Don is also an international recovery artist who paints with his beard. He has been seen in the “Cleveland Magazine” as one of Cleveland’s 30 most interesting people. Don has been charity-in-action, as one example, by giving away over 10,000 miraculous medals individually.
