Episode 234 - The Shallows

Just when you thought it was safe to watch an underwater monster movie, 'The Shallows' reminds you that an intelligent, frightening film about a killer shark is hard to come by.  Blake Lively plays a med student who comes to a secluded Latin American beach to do some surfing.  What she finds in the water is more than she bargained for, and she'll have to use all of her survival skills to outwit a Great White that keeps circling her rocky perch in the titular shallows.  Andrew and Phil both enjoy a good, one-woman against-the-elements movie, but this is not it.  The screenplay itself is quite weak, and our two hosts have a fun time dismantling it for your listening pleasure.  Cowabunga.
