Our lawns and our gardens have both seeds and weeds. Their health will all depend on which we feed. The same is true of us. In our heads and our hearts there are seeds as well as weeds. When we feed one we starve the other and vice versa. Feed the seeds of hope, peace, unity and love and you'll end up starving the weeds of anxiety, anger, loneliness and fear. So when you're struggling with the weeds of life, simply find the opposite seed and feed that instead.
