ElReco Ramon aka Ghost, was born in Quachita (wah-shuh-taw) Parish, Louisiana. He is the eldest of 4 siblings. He's been living a nomadic lifestyle since 2020, and has been in radio broadcasting for over 20 years. His current hobbies & interests include two podcasts ("Normal Lol" & "Multi-Monogamous"), skateboarding, dogs, painting, writing, land stewarding, herbal healing, and studying indigenous and ancient forms of mental health and alternative lifestyle companionship.
