As a business owner, you must listen more than you talk. One thing that I have learned in my AirBnB business is to listen more to my customers. They will tell me exactly what they need and how I can provide it for them. My goal is to predict what they need so that they can feel comfortable in my units. In your business, as a best practice, listen more than you talk.
