This week, we're all back together to record, at least we're together on zoom, and we're ready to talk about everything after a month apart. Joining us is our friend Wil Bayne, and he's game to answer all of our questions, including telling  his Berea Story. We talk about the similarities between the theatre and the restaurant business. We think about our mental health challenges of long term isolation during the pandemic. Finally, as we wrap up Pride Month, Wil shares advice for parents who want to support LGBTQ+ children. We've wanted to have Wil on the pod since the beginning, and we're thrilled to bring you this conversation.
