Episode 24: Bagging on Ultrarunners, Sally...and other Running Randomness

I didn't have coffee before I recorded this shorter-than-usual episode. No breakfast, either. Be forewarned that my brain doesn't function too well under these conditions. This one's a veritable smorgasbord of randomness...why I love Sally McRae and want to be like her when I grow up...why people have no business making fun of ultramarathoners...how I want to run a hundred miler someday!
