Bikram Yoga -  no naps, no clothes, and zero chill. Mars briefly claims a hairline alliance with Bikram, but the similarities end there. Bikram styled himself as Yogi to the Stars, Yoga Champion of India, even an Olympic weightlifter -  a résumé so fictional Moon & Mars could debunk it without standing up. What was real: verbal abuse, punishing heat, cult-adjacent communal living, and 3 a.m. Bollywood hand massages that feel less “wellness” and more “run.” The real twist?
