Tyzer explains that leadership is about creating a space where you understand people’s goals, they are empowered and have autonomy to be themselves.  It is getting everyone aligned with a common mission and making sure they understand how they contribute to that mission. Ty is currently involved in 4 business, his consulting business providing sales mentor-ship and consulting, he is also Regional Vice President of a Benefit Captive organization, COO of his wife's Interior Design company and CEO of Alchemy Cast a new business venture that is pre launch.
