Prior to founding XMS Capital Partners, Ted was co-head of Investment Banking in the Midwest at Morgan Stanley. While in New York, Ted worked in the Firm’s M&A Group and Restructuring Group, and was a founding member of the Financial Sponsors Group. Ted has been cited as one of the top “industrial” bankers in the country and works across a number of industry verticals. He is on the Board of Directors of RiverWood Bank and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Lyric Opera of Chicago. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
