Specilized in  the 4000m Pursuit and became Berlin state champion and was on the podium multiple times.He did his first Triathlon in 1993 - First Ironman (Roth) in 1997 Finished Ironman Hawaii in 2010He has been Active ever since Now a Father of 2 boys (3 and 7) and Husband (His wife: 3x Ironman Hawaii Finisher  2x Nat Champ Triathlon Long course, 1x Nat champ Duathlon , Worldchampion 2014 Duathlon Longcourse and silver medal 2018.)Stephan was Nat.
