Episode 24: Intensive Chakra Healing-3

Moving up the chakra system today we will focus in on the Solar Plexus. This chakra is right above your belly button about 3 inches, between your heart and your tummy. This chakra is considered your power center, your God center. It is about your gut instinct, your self-esteem, ego, control, your power in your life and others and creativity. This chakra is in the area of your stomach, spleen, digestion, middle back, and the kidneys, gall bladder and liver are near this area as well. This chakra can be affected when we have are living an imbalanced life, people with expectations on us or trying to control our actions. To balance this chakra we will be using a variety of vibrational tools such as vocal toning, frequency healing, color and so on..just as we have done with the other chakras.
