Episode 24: Jonathan Ding
from the barryanakbarim podcast Hosted by Barry Barim
Hello, friends! Meet an old friend of mine, Jonathan, who was a radio announcer for Era Sarawak, a TV-host for TVS and RTM, and a news reader for Utama TVS. After years of his stint in the broadcasting scene, he made a surprise shift from broadcasting to the corporate world with one of Malaysia’s cellular provider. Why so, you'd ask? Well, join me as I have talked about that and other stuff that's revolving about his life. I have personally enjoyed the conversation as we both have never actually get to sit down, one-to-one, and to catch up with things and to be able to do that finally, it felt awesome. I hope you could enjoy this episode like how I have enjoyed it, too! Dayang Nurfaizah or Tulus? Songs for emo and gym days. The liberty to change songs while with Era. Radio, TV-hosting or News Reading? Why radio? Does looks matter as a TV presenter? Relationship with family members and God. Are you single or in a relationship? Why the sudden 180-degree shift? Difficult early months in KL. Nightlife in KL is different than Kuching. What would you tell your 20-year-old and 40-year-old self? #kuchingpodcast #jonathanding #tvs #podcastkuching #podcastsarawak
