Episode 24 - Katarina Cox, Author of "Ascension 101"

Katarina Cox (Pyscha SuperNova) is a spiritual Author from California that started her healing journey 11 years ago. She had a drug induced psychosis at a music festival that led to a spiritual awakening when a hypnotherapist cleared her chakras with a Pendulum and told her she could communicate with her angels. She was hearing voices and by listening to the positive voices she began to get a clear view of her new path in sobriety. She became a yoga Instructor and massage therapist and wrote Ascension 101 which is a jam packed HayHouse guide book full of a variety of topics like positive affirmations, soul family, twin flames, witchy activities, and self help remedies.
