Episode 24 - Planting Seeds!

November is here and we're happy you are too! October was one heck of a month with some tests and lessons to learn from weekly. We made it through and hopefully you all had a better month! This week we had some things to bring light to and figured we'll join in on some of these trends like No Shave November or St. Jude Hospital doing 1,000 Push-Ups in the month of November for Cancer Awareness. It isn't easy being human and what we experience along the way will make or break our spirit. So while we have a heart full of love and peace and a mind full of calm and quiet, we here at Piece of Your Mind thought it would be great to put some of that good energy where it matters.
