The episode begins with Alex and J-L discussing a huge week in the Supreme Court - Same Sex Marriage, the Voting Rights Act, 4th Amendment surveillance issues and most importantly Alex showing his age in not knowing what an "app" is. After some un-PC talk from Alex and J-L, Matt conducts a great, insightful interview with Jeff Richardson, a New Orleans-based lawer whose blog, iPhone JD, just happens to have been rated the ABA's #1 legal technology blog... twice. It is a great talk about how the iPhone and iPad can enhance your legal work.
