Steve DeLaney is a writer, speaker and teacher. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from George Mason University, a Masters in Theology/Theological Studies from the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, and recently completed a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Lindenwood University.Steve has worked professionally in campus ministry and as a high school teacher, on a parish level as an assistant director of evangelization, as well as a site leader for Bon Secours Volunteer Ministry. A published author, his poetry has appeared in America Magazine. His blog, some things, is at somedelaney.wordpress.com, where you can find his previous Advent and Lenten reflections.
