Episode 24: The Stages of Growth with Tom Sylvester

Strategies and processes -- something we need to grow our businesses but something we don’t understand, fear and want to stay as far away from as possible. Whether you’re a business just starting out or you’ve been around for a while, you need to have a roadmap – something that is going to direct you from where you are to where you want to go. Don’t know where that is? That’s a problem. My favorite quote is "if you don’t know where you’re going, anywhere will take you there." But let’s look at that. Say you live in Michigan and want to get to Florida. Do you just jump into your car, head it south and go? Probably not. You are probably going to want to have directions, a sense of how many miles, how many days, how much money. All those kinds of things. Right? Tom Sylvester is our guest today on the talk show Don’t Wait Til Pigs Fly. And he is going to chat with us about creating that roadmap, and all the things that we need to know about running a business, including creating that oh so important roadmap.
