Episode 24 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To No Longer Being A People Pleaser.

In this episode, I’m disgusting why in order to feel and recover you’re going to have to stop being a people pleaser, seat, filler, captain save a hoe, and a build a bear and doll person. It is too many people that are lowering themselves to build other people up based on what and how they see and think of that person. Versus them seeing the person for what they really are. How lowering yourself for other people, makes you miss out on opportunities, and your blessings that are meant for you that basically you give to other people. This season is all about posttraumatic slave disorder, and what that is. And how this particular diagnosis started from when you were a child when it came to your parents.
