Nick Taranto is a former Marine turned entrepreneur. He was fired from his sales job when his boss found a business plan on his work computer, kick-starting Nick's entrepreneurial journey.   Getting fired was a blessing in disguise. It was just the motivation Nick needed to create Plated, America's first meal kit company.
