From his earliest days in Dallas as an unpaid assistant to the owner of one of the first salon suite organizations in the U.S. (followed by his move to Los Angeles to launch what would become @SalonRepublic), Eric shares the many lessons and insights learned along the way. We also talk about his new role as Chairman of the Professional Beauty Federation of California, a position he assumed following two years of pandemic-related activism on behalf of salons and pros in California.
