Episode 244 - Defonix Pt. 2

3 years ago we had an awesome discussion with Toledo artist Defonix and were very happy to welcome him back for part 2 this week! This one was nothing short of inspiring as we caught up about all of the twists and turns he’s encountered since our first discussion. Fresh off his 2024 album “Mirror” he described the project's theme coming from not only his own self reflection but also in his empathy for others. Following some personal setbacks he talked about being able to use his music as a positive outlet to keep going and inspire others in the process which is always something to strive for. In 2025 he plans to keep the work going with new music and visuals on the horizon as well as plans to continue collaborating with others.
