Episode 245: "We Don't Condone Those Comments Or Views - A Message From James Stella Of Kaizen Crossfit"

A couple of weeks ago there were some very insensitive comments made by CrossFit Founder and Owner, Greg Glassman. Being a CrossFit affiliate, James Stella was caught off guard and immediately was upset. And rightfully so. He then reached out to me so that he could get his message out. This was not something that the CrossFit community found acceptable. James wanted others to know where he and other members of the CrossFit community stood, and that value that they place on inclusivity. This conversation is raw and came on the heels of the controversial statements.  Since then, there have been changes in the CrossFit world, including Glassman stepping down, and now putting the brand up for sale and possibly having already sold it.
