Episode 245: What I learned about grief
from Ninja Jill KNOWS
Almost 13 years ago, my baby died. It was one of the most gut wrenching, heart breaking days of my life. It changed me. It changed how I saw the world. It changed how I lived. It is also allowed me to understand what grief really is, how it feels and how it shows up in every moment after a loss. Even at the beginning of my grief journey, I knew that I wanted to write about my experience but what I didn't know is that it would take over 11 years before the story would be complete. There would be other types of grief for me to experience first. In this episode, I share what I learned about grief and what I learned about myself along the way.
