Episode 247: Halshack ep 44 (KERB BIRTHDAY PARTY) --SHACKJAM 44--(KERB Houston, TX-- Zeno FM) -- Aug 18th 2025--1 year anniversary KERB--all new music- Hosted by Halshack

Happy Birthday to me!! Its our 1 year anniversary on KERB! We're bringing in new acts like Felicity and The Funeral Portrait for our birthday celebration! All new songs and all new bands for the show! We've been making connections for over a decade helping bands. It's time we start helping them directly through the show. Ive been scouring the planet high and low for the past 4 years hand curating acts of my own selection and saving them back for a special time. This takes many many years and lots of work also multiple business connections to find the level of talent that we represent. The past several years all this fantastic talent (hundreds of bands) has been coming directly to us mostly through Reverbnation. Those selections are drying up. Its time to move forward with my own curation as I did the 7 years prior to Reverbnation. This show I hand picked 7 new acts and brought in 4 regulars with some new tunes. I've discovered hundreds of new acts to expose but it literally took thousands of thousands of bands to find these songs and several years worth of research. We hope you enjoy the new direction of the show.  I don't have time anymore to build personal relationships so alot of new bands that will be introduced in the show going forward will be acts that I know about but may not have a personal connection too yet. This will allow us to expand the show immensely and still keep with our quality roster as well as continue to help all our past bands and personal connections. Time is of the essence each and every week so I don't have time to track down band members or managers to let them know they will be on the show. If you find yourself on our show then give us a hand and help us promote you. Have a great week! See you Wednesday for the POP STOP! We will be doing a show about school! School is back in session or will be soon! Seems like good timing!Find everything at Halshack.comThanks for coming to our birthday party! It means the world to have each and every fan on radio station and the podcast feed!
