Episode 25: Create an AirBnB book based on your unit and nearby amenities and attractions

In this episode, I discuss why you need an AirBnB book that describes your unit amenities to guest that check into your unit. They need to know what else you can offer outside of what is listed on the AirBnB site. So many things can be covered like: Where is the nearest grocery store? How far is the mall from the unit? Is their a casino nearby? Is a university/games nearby? When you put all of this information in an AirBnB book, then this limits the amount of questions that guest will have for you when they stay in your unit. Some AirBnB hosts provide other services for a nominal fee (car rental, wine, etc.).
