"Different is okay, it's not bad."

In today's episode, Douglas Brown and I discuss how life changes post-divorce. Life will have some adjustments, and it might not look like we pictured, and that's okay. Embracing the differences can help you create a life that makes you happy!

In an age of ambivalence, avoidance and anesthesia, Douglas Brown recognizes a need to slow down, be centered, and get mindful of who we are. Douglas has a Master's of Social Work from NYU. He employs a balanced mind, body, and spirit approach to support clients facing substance abuse, struggles, anxiety, depression, life changes, career moves, relationship issues, grief, and general life transitions. He's an accredited running coach, and previously worked in advertising, media, and technology.
